Kyle Marchen is a Canadian director and screenwriter. His work moves between tones and genres while staying rooted in character. Recent projects include A Mighty Poison (2026), Heap (2024), Sledgehammer (2022), and Habitat (2020).
Marchen’s films have screened at festivals including Bolton International, Boston Underground, Blood in the Snow, Midwest WeirdFest, Vancouver Short, and Yorkton. He was the recipient of the DRIFF Shifting The Narrative Film Incubator grant in 2022 with support of the Canada Council for the Arts.
Kyle is currently developing his first feature film.
