Kyle Marchen is a Canadian writer/director who strives to construct gripping images that challenge audiences. Since graduating from film school, his work has spanned several mediums. Most recently, this includes the short films Heap (2024), Sledgehammer (2022), and Habitat (2020).
Marchen was the recipient of the DRIFF Shifting The Narrative Film Incubator grant in 2022 with support of the Canada Council for the Arts. He is currently developing hist first feature film.
